The clerk states that suppressed, impounded or confidential records cannot be viewed. A missing online result therefore should not be converted into a claim that no record exists.

That prevents a valid Adams County record from being attached to the wrong jurisdiction and keeps a court docket from being misdescribed as a certified background check.
